Person A:
You're an idealist right
the sweet dreams
happy ending kind of guy
I used to be like that
but she kept drilling into me
that I've been dreaming
that such things don't exist
but I kept arguing with her
I told her happy endings do happen
but after we are separated
I realized
all along she was right
for the simple reason that we are all humans
and we all err
the only happy ending that ever is
is heaven
and that's about it
happy endings never happen
close to happy endings happen
but we got to fight for it
so if only one person fights for it
there is no such ending
so if you can
disagree with me
maybe you will awake me from my pessimistic slumber
then I'll be eternally grateful.
